Lefty’s Fresh Food was born in December, 1996 in Qualicum Beach. The restaurant was built its reputation on offering quality fresh food and a great service. Now several years later, there is a Lefty’s Fresh Food also in Parksville.

The lunch menu offers a good selection of quesadillas, tacos, wraps, sandwiches, burgers and thin-crust pizzas, made fresh to order with hand-pressed dough and sauces handcrafted from scratch ingredients (present also in the dinner menu).

For dinner, the menu has options for all tastes, offering dishes with ribs, sirloin steak, salmon, cod, chicken, and pasta.

Pacific Brimm


Just a block off of the Parksville Public Beach, Pacific Brimm focus on ambiance, great customer service and fare to delight every palate.

The Black Goose Inn


The beautiful Maclure House, originally constructed in 1921, is home to The Black Goose Inn. Situated on Rathtrevor Beach on the outskirts of the Oceanside town of Parksville, the British pub style restaurant has a traditional menu, with delicious home cooked food.

Open 7 days a week, with daily lunch and dinner specials, the menu brings a good selection of salads and traditional pies and entrees with reasonable prices.  The pies are all house made and topped with puff pastry, served with salad and bread.

Besides that, the drink menu offers 19 drafts to choose from, including some of the best UK beers.

The British Bobby Restaurant  


Since 2003, the British Bobby’s owners John & Mary bring to Vancouver Island the authentic tastes of British favourites.

When we think of British Food no doubt Fish & Chips is the first thing that comes to mind, and British Bobby’s are considered the best in Vancouver Island! To ensure quality, it is used only premium Halibut and Cod and the chips are cut fresh every day, making sure that the taste and crispness.

The Shady Rest Waterfront


The Shady restaurant has been synonymous with great food, breathtaking ocean views, and a casual relaxed atmosphere for over 75 years.

Located in the waterfront location, each and every table has an ocean view to make sure the experience will be memorable.

The menu brings a great seafood selection: oyster, prawns and chips, seafood fettuccine, steamed clams, and calamari.  You also can choose between a clam chowder and smoked salmon chowder as a starter.

The restaurant serves a brunch on Saturday, Sunday, and holydays, from 11am to 2 pm.
